The School of Engineering and Technology (SET) hosted the Staff Development Workshop titled โ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ๐กโ from May 20 to May 22, 2024. This three-day event brought together SET staff members to enhance their communication skills, workplace engagement, and, personal and professional growth.
Participants engaged in dynamic activities, including role-playing exercises, interactive sessions, and team-building games, all aimed at fostering effective communication, motivation, egagagement, growth and resilience. The workshop not only equipped participants with practical strategies but also strengthened bonds within the SET community.
The event concluded with positive reflections from the participants and closing remarks from Prof. Sangam Shrestha, Dean of SET, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning and collaboration. Special thanks to the coaches, Dr. Sujata Bhatia, founder of the AARYATA group, and Mr. Rey Calabdan, Industry Relationship Consultant at SET, for their valuable insights, and to everyone who participated and made this workshop a grand success.
